| Q. |
How often should I have my wheel bearings packed.
|
| A. |
It depends on usage. Every year is the best answer. If you are not using your trailer, you should connect it to your vehicle and tow it around the block a few times once a year to move the grease around.

My refrigerator won't stay lit. Any ideas?

Small spiders like to nest in the gas intake. You can buy a special brush to clean it out, or used compressed air. The furnace is suceptible to the problems and should be checked also.

| Q. |
Can I add an electric element to my water heater?
|
| A. |
The answer is mostly yes. Some water heaters do not have the proper fitting to add the element. By adding the electric element, your water heater will recover faster if you use electric and propane. You can also use electric only and save propane while you are in a campground.

| Q. |
How do I sanitize my water tank?
|
| A. |
Follow the instructions that came with your trailer. If you don' have them, try this. Drain it, fill it with fresh water. Add a couple tablespoons of bleach. Let it sit for a few hours or overnight. Drain and fill it again. Try to leave your water tank full when you park your rig. It will store better.
